Mark III Properties builds the Upstate’s most desirable communities. By working with trusted homebuilders and quality engineering and development partners, we create neighborhoods from the ground up that meet the needs of the Upstate’s growing population.
In order to deliver the best product, our staff divides its focus and expertise in one of two areas. On the production side, our land development and project managers work with builder partners and subcontractors to get subdivisions ready to be platted and then sold. On the administration side, our legal, finance, and accounting professionals concentrate on managing contracts, tracking costs, and facilitating sales - the end goal for everyone from both areas coming together.
We are an in-person company working daily together in a modern office with lots of natural light. Management is committed to providing employees with all the tools they need to work productively. That includes a well-stocked break room, comfortable workspaces, and the technology they need to be successful and informed both in the office and on construction sites.
Employees at Mark III are dedicated and work hard, but they also have a vibrant life outside of the office.
